Hello everyone! I'm Dr. Olivia Ellison, Principal Consultant at Prepare Ed, and I'm excited to introduce you to our dedicated team and the services we offer.

My Background

With a diverse background spanning education, emergency management, and public health, I've had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, from classrooms to emergency rooms. I hold a Doctor of Public Health Leadership from Rutgers University, where my research focused on rural health and school-based gun violence. I also have a Master of Public Health from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of Northern Colorado.

My experience includes:

  • Designing and delivering specialized training programs for staff.

  • Developing comprehensive emergency preparedness programs and resources.

  • Conducting thorough needs assessments and collaborating with leadership to address safety concerns.

  • Managing complex projects, including content creation, curriculum development, and large-scale community events.

I also hold certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). As a lifelong Southern California resident, I'm deeply committed to serving the unique needs of local communities.
